Scratch and coding
Through out the term Room 5,6 & NRC have and will be doing a few projects on Technology. We will be attending Waitangi to
continue our work and over the last weeks in we had some visitors from Waitangi come in and teach us about scratch and all about
coding, we got to use green screen to make our own costumes, and do some other fun games on coding. We had room 6 and 5 attend
Waitangi last year and NRC first year this year. Our task we have been set with this is to make our own presentation on a Scratch
that also includes different costumes and coding. I have worked with a friend of mine "Tahlya" and together we made a baseball presentation.We have all really enjoyed It and we all cant wait to go to Waitangi and finish these off, Take a look.
Hi Payton my name is Nikara, I’m a year 6 student and I go to Paihia School. I like the way you made the sideline and the scores. When I was a year four we made scratch videos. Making scratch was super fun for me what about you? Did you like making the project ?
