About Me

Ki ora and welcome to my 2019 blog. My name is Payton I am 12 years old and a year 8 at Kawakawa Primary School. I am in Room 5 and my teachers are Whaea Dana and Whaea Jess. My favourite subject is probably reading or P.E, and my favourite thing to do at school is going on all the trips and and playing with my friends. My hobbies include sports like netball, rugby and swimming, I also love travelling and drawing. My goals for this year are to become a kaiarahi/leader at my school, to be more confident with my speech, and to be in the netball reps. I learn best at school by working with quiet music in the background, and what makes learning hard is when I am not sitting by a friend or when I am in a rush and get frustrated.
